HELLO AND WELCOME. I’M SAMANTHA.
You’re craving more from your practice—and I get it
Hi! I'm Samantha

Hi! I'm Samantha ☼
For years, I felt like I was going through the motions. I loved yoga, but I didn’t feel truly connected to what I was doing.
I wanted to understand why we were moving the way we were, why breath mattered, and how yoga could support me off the mat - not just on it.
But most of the spaces I found felt too perfect, too expensive, or too surface-level. Simply put, I didn’t fit in.
That’s why I created the My Soul Alchemy Community, to give you the kind of space I desperatly needed and wanted. A space that’s soulful, grounded, affordable, and real. A place where yoga isn’t about perfection, but about depth. And where you’re always welcome, just as you are.
A little more about me
I’ve been practicing yoga for almost fifteen years and teaching for five. In that time, my relationship with yoga has evolved massively.
After going through some big shifts in my identity and purpose (hello divorce, postgrad study, and major life pivots!), I found myself craving more depth in every part of my life, including my yoga practice. I began reconnecting with my culture, learning Cymraeg, studying towards my MA, and dreaming up new ways to make yoga feel more inclusive, accessible, affordable, and meaningful.
That dream turned into the My Soul Alchemy Community.
This space is rooted in everything I love: movement, meditation, philosophy, tea, astrology, reflection, and a whole lot of joy.
It’s for people who are curious about the heart of yoga, people who want to laugh, grow, and feel held along the way.
One day, I hope to open a FLINTA studio space that feels like a literal cwtsh when you walk through the door. There’ll be banging tea, bloody good books, cute crafts and gorgeous artwork, as well as co-working in Chichester.
But for now? We start here, with guided practices, gentle rhythm, and a whole lot of heart.
Let’s rebuild your practice. your way…
Whether you’re returning to the mat, have never tried yoga before, or are looking for something deeper, you’re in the right place.
No pressure, no perfection. Just soulful, structured practices to help you grow with ease.
