Absolutely! My Soul Alchemy Community courses are for people who are curious about yoga and want to learn about more than just the physical element. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years doesn’t actually matter.

The physical style I teach is mostly vinyasa yoga (think flows between each of the shapes) with a focus on prānāyāma (our vital life force energy), breath work, and meditation. There will also be elements of other styles woven in too including hatha, yin, restorative, mandala, ashtanga, power, yoga nidrā and free movement.

If I had a pound for everytime I heard someone say this… Yoga is about connecting with yourself, your body, your mind, your soul and perhaps even something greater than yourself, whether that’s community, or reconnecting to / discovering your belief system. Flexibility is not what’s important here, although you may absolutely notice this evolve everytime you roll out your mat.

Currently it is about making yoga financially accessible. In the future my goal is to offer yoga that is accessible for people with mobility impairments or restrictions for example, those living with chronic pain, limb difference and arthritis.
