  • You buy a course and instantly receive access via email. You have lifetime access to every course you purchase. As long as the My Soul Alchemy Community exists, you have access.

  • Pre-recorded practices (movement, breath work and meditation). All paid for courses come with a FREE downloadable journal

  • No, this is not a membership. You purchase each course individually.

  • All purchases are final. I do not offer refunds.

  • Absolutely! The My Soul Alchemy Community courses are for everyone who is curious about yoga, and wants to learn about more than just the physical element. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years, doesn’t really matter. I do encourage people who are completely new to yoga to begin with the 31 Days of Yoga course - It’s the perfect starting point.

  • The style I teach is mostly vinyasa yoga (think flows between each of the shapes), with a focus on prānāyāma (vital life force), breath work, and meditation. But there will also be elements of other styles woven in too including hatha, yin, restorative, mandala, ashtanga, power, yoga nidrā and free movement.

  • Not at the moment, but it is coming soon so keep an eye out and sign up to the My Soul Alchemy Community newsletter so you’ll be the first to know when this becomes available.

  • All practices are pre-recorded with a few replays of live practices included.

  • Absolutely! These courses are available to everyone with internet access.

  • If I had a pound for everytime I heard someone say this… Yoga is about connecting with yourself, your body, your mind, your soul and perhaps even something greater than yourself, whether that’s community, or reconnecting to / discovering your belief system. Flexibility is not what’s important here, although you may absolutely notice this evolve everytime you roll out your mat.

  • Because I believe in making yoga financially accessible. Often those who need it the most are the very people who can’t afford to pay for it.

  • Currently it is about making yoga financially accessible. From September 2026 I will be offering weekly in-person chair yoga with the intention of making yoga accessible for people with mobility impairments or restrictions for example, those living with chronic pain, limb difference and arthritis (keep an eye out for the online chair yoga course dropping in June 2026!!).
