What’s Included

  • Week 1: Learn about the vagus nerve, and how to self regulate during times of anxiety, overwhelm and stress. We start by reconnecting to our breath in week 1, and understanding how this powerful resource available to us all can actively shift us out of fight, flight or freeze, and into rest and digest.

  • Week 2: Build on last week’s practice by reconnecting to your body, and learning how to honour what it needs in the moment. Bringing breath (prānāyāma) and movement (āsana) together, and understanding how anxiety shows up within our internal dialogue so that we can get ourselves back in the driving seat of our own lives.

  • Week 3: Experience the most delicious yoga nidrā (guided meditation), designed to help you connect with how anxiety and overwhelm shows up for you, and how it manifests in your mind and your body. Learn how to have empathy for the version of you who experiences anxiety, and what you can do to bring yourself back into the present moment.

  • Week 4: Our final practice where we bring everything together and all the pieces of the puzzle fit. Practicing prānāyāma, āsana and meditation and really showing up for the version of us who needs to be held and loved during those dark moments.
