Spend most of your day hunched over your desk? Living with a mobile impairment? Have a chronic condition that impacts your ability to participate in mat-based yoga practices? Always wanted to try yoga but never felt like it was for you? Then diva, come and give chair yoga a try! In this six week beginner’s course we’ll learn about breathwork, yoga postures, sun and moon salutations, meditation, yoga philosophy, and how to establish a personal practice that doesn’t require us to “roll out our mats”.
Details:

How much: £99
Included in the price of this six week course are some props (my personal favourites!), that I love incorporating into all my practices because I’ve noticed they massively enhance the experience:
2 x yoga blocks - these can be used to bring the ground closer to you, to help with stability, and to create resistance with the postures. We have 2 instead of 1 because, trust me diva, it’s just better and way more accessible!
Yoga D-ring strap - easily the most underrated and underused yoga prop. Just like the blocks this can be used to make the postures more accessible. It can also be used to create tension, making the shapes a little spicier
This six week course is designed to be accessible and inclusive. No, you don’t need to be flexible!
