We meet every Tuesday morning at The New Park Centre in Chichester to move through a series of āsana (postures) inspired by the current moon phase. We’ll connect to the flow of prānāyāma (our vital life force energy) via breath work, movement and meditation, all while observing yoga philosophy as well.

Where: The Old Dojo, New Park Centre, New Park Road, Chichester, PO19 7XY
Parking: There is free parking at The New Park Centre. Alternatively you can park in the New Park Road car park, which has five disabled bays, and is FREE for blue badge holders (the postcode is PO19 7SB)
