Come and join me every New Moon for a walk, practice, connection, and a cuppa outside, surrounded by nature. This community has grown so much over Summer 2026, and I am mega mega grateful to everyone whose joined me early on a Sunday for Sunrise Beach Yoga.
I want to keep this community going so here’s our Soul Alchemy Monthly Socials (SAMS - see what I did there?!), a totally free monthly social where we make sure we get some fresh air on our faces and in our lungs, and stay connected with each other, over the colder, darker months of Autumn and Winter.
Each month we’ll meet somewhere different in the Chichester area, be sure to bring a hot drink with you, and wear appropriate layers and footwear so you are warm and cosy!

What: Soul Alchemy Monthly Socials (SAMS)
Where: Medmerry Nature Reserve, Easton Lane, Sidlesham, Chichester, PO20
Please note: Clappers Lane is closed, so instead follow the road towards the Witterings, turning left onto Sidlesham Lane, immediately after passing the Ebike centre on your right. Stay on this route, where it becomes Batchmere Road and then Almodington Lane. Turn left onto Easton Lane and follow it until you see the entry to the small car park for Medmerry Nature reserve on your right.
There are also essential gas works taking place along Stockbridge road, which will also be closed so please follow an alternative route via Apuldram or Sidlesham, depending on which direction you are coming from)
When: Sunday 11th October
Time: 10:30am - 11:30am
How much: FREE
Parking: Open at all times, and FREE
Want to bring your dog along? That’s totally fine, diva! Dogs are welcome on the public footpaths and bridleways around the nature reserve. Please keep your dog on a lead and under close, effective control at all times, due to the sensitive wildlife and habitats and livestock here.
What to bring: YOU! A hot drink, and layers to keep warm.
