Sunrise Beach Yoga | All Practice Pass

Join me on Bracklesham Bay from May to September (7am - 8am) for Sunrise Beach Yoga, with this all practice pass. Saving you over £11!!

Let me guide you through breath work, āsana (postures) and meditation rooted in philosophy.

There are only TEN spaces available at this price, giving you access to all FIVE Sunrise Beach Yoga practices.

• Where: Bracklesham Bay (to the right of The Beach restaurant with the sea in front of you. Use the address for the car park in your sat nav)

• When: Sundays [17th May | 14th June | 12th July | 9th August | 6th September]

• Time: 7am - 8am

• Optional: Sea swim after each practice so bring your swimming gear and a change of clothes!

• Parking: Parking is FREE before 8am everyday. Between 8am and 6pm parking is 90p per two hours. Blue badge holders park for FREE. You can pay using one of the machines in the car park or by downloading the MIPERMIT app and searching location number 711022
