Sunset Beach Yoga | Saturday 14th August

Join me on Bracklesham Bay for this month’s Sunset Beach Yoga at 6pm - 7pm, and this Full Moon in Aquarius inspired yoga practice. Let me guide you through breath work, āsana (postures) and meditation rooted in philosophy, and inspired by astrology.
