Sunset Beach Yoga | Saturday 24th July

Join me on Bracklesham Bay for this month’s Sunset Beach Yoga at 6pm - 7pm, and let’s get together to honour Jupiter’s transit through Leo coming to an end. Let me guide you through breath work, āsana (postures) and meditation rooted in philosophy, and inspired by astrology.

This year there are limited spaces so be quick to secure your spot!
