Details:
What: Yoga | A Weekly Practice
When: Wednesday 10th March
Times: 6pm - 7pm
Where: Swanfield Park Community Centre, Swanfield Drive, Chichester, PO19 6GH
Parking: Parking is free at Swanfield Community Centre
How much: £10 PAYG (Or sign up for the monthly membership for £30 a month and you’ll automatically be signed up for every weekly practice, plus you’ll get your fourth practice free! Both options out of your budget? No worries diva, I offer pay what you can options, and subsidised spaces - Please contact me here to organise)
No diva, you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga, but you will need the following props to support you throughout your practice, which you can buy from me:
2 x yoga blocks - these can be used to bring the ground closer to you, to help with stability, and to create resistance with the postures. We have 2 instead of 1 because, trust me diva, it’s just better and way more accessible! Don’t have a block? Bring a couple of bulky cushions along instead.
D-ring yoga strap - easily the most underrated and underused yoga prop. Just like the blocks this can be used to make the postures more accessible. It can also be used to create tension, making the shapes a little spicier. Don’t have a strap? Bring a large towel with you.
